First a little play, then lunch at Walt's Cafe. It was a bit fancy and pretty and they made the kids cheese sandwiches and let them play with their new Mickey toys.
After lunch Makoa and I explored the maze
And played hide and seek.
While Tasi napped in the beautiful lobby.
We even did a baby switch and she was back asleep while Don and Makoa played for another hour outside. Makoa ranked Disneyland at 100 and the maze at 99!! The best things are free, aren't they?!
We finally made it to our next hotel, a little later than I had anticipated, and we met up with my friend Jessica. She and I went to MIIS together and she and her family (Kai is 6 and Kiara is 2 months) have been in Hong Kong for a year and a half. We are staying across the street from them and they took us out for an amazing dinner tonight. I wish I took photos of our hot pot dinner, where they put a boiling pot of water on our table and you cook your own veggies and tofu and meat if you like. It was delicious, and Don and I REALLY couldn't have done it without having someone to follow. Then we walked to a dessert place with delicious fruits and jellies and no English, so again happy someone took us there! It was a wonderful night and we really felt like we were in China now (Disneyland didn't count) it was so much fun! Thanks Jess and Mabo!
